Tony Robbins Diet: 10-Day Challenge

Have you recently attended a Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within (UPW) event?  If you have, you will have learned of the 10-Day Challenge and the benefits of drinking Alkaline Water and eating Alkalizing foods.

Just like you, I heard of these benefits from Tony Robbins. Like you I wanted to take the 1o-day challenge, however, once I arrived home, it wasn’t as straight forward as I had thought.  Could I have apple cider vinegar instead of vinegar? After all it has so many “healthful” properties, or so I had been told, and what about algae, that sounds like it must be healthful right?  I had so many questions and no one  to ask.  I didn’t know where to start. I found myself getting all mixed up, and yes, I hate to say it, a little frustrated at times…but don’t worry about that, I changed my state so as not to be a complete pain in the neck to everyone!

Once I understood how to get through the 10-Day Challenge, I decided to really learn about Alkalizing and how it would effect my health.

As part of our Contribution each year, we send at least one person to UPW so they can experience the wonderful life we are experiencing.  As people came back from each UPW event, so the questions arose as to how to successfully complete the 10-Day Challenge and go beyond that.
